Why 7FC decided to invest in ISO 9001 and ISO 27001

7FC specialises in the implementation and support of ERP, CRE, CRM and GRC  business solutions, both in the Cloud and on-premise.

The London based business recently achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification with support from ISO certification consultant, Compliant.

We caught up with Admin & Project Support lead, Abi Robinson to discover why 7FC decided to progress with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 “We decided to invest in ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 to improve our internal processes and enhance service delivery for clients.”

The Process

“We started our ISO journey by exploring ISO certification consultants and researching what we needed to do to become certified. Compliant was recommended to us and after initial meetings with Mark we decided to progress. We were able to map out our business processes within the management system that Compliant helped us to create and developed a bespoke management system.

The process and collating of documents strengthened our internal processes and gave us the opportunity to evaluate how we operate.”

As part of the Compliant process client documents are added to a structured management system that adheres to the clauses of the standard that they are implementing. We utilise what clients already have in place and give them the tools and templates to create a truly unique management system that is ready for audits and surveillances.

The Outcome

When asked about the experience with Compliant Abi highlighted that “Mark walked us through the process and helped us get everything set up whilst taking the time to understand the business. Mark had a strong structure of ideas and solutions. It was a very successful run for us.”
