Why did Arista Electronic Systems Ltd initially decide to invest in ISO?

We started getting requests from clients to help with IT requirements to meet certifications such as Cyber essentials, ISO27001 and Tisax. We decided to walk the walk!

The Process

Not really, the process was not really explained and I’m sad enough to want to read everything including all the policies and 95% of year silence and then intense work which should have been in the calendar and was not. Don’t panic ! New people and processes will make a difference and we did come back! But as explained staff change over which are now working full time, scheduled regular meetings will be set up going forward leaving ample time for documents to be collected and checked ready for Audit, also the new Client Portal will also be an invaluable addition.

I learnt from/that a consultant like Mark who knows the standards and auditors really smooths the audits and that adds real value
