Context Consulting achieves continued ISO 9001 & 27001 certification with Compliant.

Why did Context Consulting initially decide to invest in ISO?

The London based market research and strategy experts initially gained ISO 9001 (quality) and 27001 (information security) to strengthen their position within their industry, demonstrate their commitment to quality to their international client base and win new clients.

Head of Operations, Hollie Davies, who is instrumental in maintaining the standards within the business, commented, ‘Having two ISO standards has certainly supported our business growth plans, when onboarding new clients, to show we are committed to quality and information security via the standards certainly ticks a lot of boxes. It’s certainly made it easier for our business development department to attract new business which in turn, has increased our turnover and profit.’

The Process

As part of our ongoing support package, we worked with Context Consulting throughout the year, ensuring they were prepared and all documentation was ready for their annual surveillance audit.
