Context Consulting achieves ISO 9001 and ISO 27001

London based, marketing research and strategy experts, Context Consulting have achieved UKAS accredited ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

Since 2012, they have helped businesses in over 40 different countries to grow organically, through clear and simple recommendations. To date they have successfully delivered over 250 projects.

We caught up with Context Consulting Partner, Philip Cooper to congratulate him on the business’ latest certifications and find out what he has to say about the process.

“We found that several clients were asking for ISO certifications as a requirement, and we wanted to assure these clients and new ones that we could deliver a quality service.

After review, we decided not to progress with the certifications internally and reached out to the British Assessment Bureau for a list of recommended consultants.

We instructed Compliant to deliver our management systems as they were offering the right solution at that point in time.

Implementing ISO 9001 ensures that the business is now focussed on delivering a quality output and adhering to certain standards and having ISO 27001 gives our clients confidence that their data is being managed securely.
