We are delighted to share that innovative, mobile surgical unit business, Enigma Medical Solutions has successfully achieved UKAS accredited ISO certifications ISO 9001:Quality and ISO 27001:Information Security.

Enigma Medical Solutions offers a fully mobile surgical unit that can be deployed very quickly for GPs, hospitals and other medical facilities.

Dr Martin White and Dr Ross Kelly established a community based surgical service across Cumbria. Working alongside likeminded consultants and commissioners throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, they witnessed the strain it was having on NHS services.

Together them came up with the idea of Enigma Medical Solutions to help tackle the backlog of minor surgery created during COVID 19.

After a year of development alongside a specialist manufacturer, the mobile surgical unit is now ready to deploy with ease. It offers surgery for high volume, low risk, walk-in walk-out cases.

Having designed a new and unique service, the founders of Enigma Medical Solutions wanted to give potential clients confidence and assurance.

Implementing internationally recognised certifications will help this forward-thinking business to be recognised as trustworthy and legitimate. It will also support Enigma Medical Solutions in joining the NHS Supply Chain Framework as they request that partners have ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 certification.
