Why did Ikano Insight initially decide to invest in ISO 9001 & 27001?

With the company originally gaining UKAS accredited ISO 9001 & 27001in 2021, we spoke with Systems Engineer, Matthew Shaw, on why the company had opted for the standards.

The Process

Commenting on the ISO process and the days leading up to their audits, Matthew commented, “Working with Compliant on a long-term basis has made the ISO process so much easier, they ensure everything is planned leading up to the audits and everything is online for us so very easy to maintain.

The Outcome

Following the successful 2nd year surveillance audit, the company were delighted with the outcome.

Matthew finished by saying, “We may have had the certifications now for two years, however, there is always room for improvement, we are continuing to use the standards as an internal tool within the business to ensure everyone is on board and maintains and improves our internal processes.
