Why did JPG GROUP initially decide to invest in ISO?

Chatting with Sue we asked why the company initially decided to invest in the ISO and why they chose Compliant. Sue stated that they wished to switch over from NON UKAS to UKAS Accreditation and their previous provider did not offer this. Sue was very happy with the meeting with Mark, he explained in depth the process, the time scale, the costings. Sue explains that she approached a number of consultancies, and chose Compliant because they gave me the most confidence, and although they are not the cheapest, they are very good value for money.

The Process

Compliant made the whole process of getting our accreditation so easy and removed the stress of gathering evidence and processing everything, I have great faith that it will be just as stress free to maintain the standards required.

The Outcome

it was a very good experience, I would definitely recommend Compliant. It was not always possible to speak to them on the phone, but they were always quick to reply to emails. It worked better than expected, both Kym and Mark were there to keep us on track.
