Why did Mayphil initially decide to invest in ISO?

We didn’t need ISO, a lot of our customers are outside of the UK and its not been a requirement, we wanted it, to help with procedures and improve our internal systems.

Internally it will help monitor our processes, and help us improve in areas that sometimes fall down and help us find the route cause, if we use it as the tool it is.  

Why did you originally opt for Compliant?

The ease and openness from the initial meeting with compliant and the hand holding and help that was needed to obtain our certificate.

Choosing Ongoing Support with Compliant

As per my previous statement I prefer the laid back approach and support which compliant gives so it was and easy decision to make to stay with them.

The Process

It was easier to be fair, and the online shared drive system they use makes it easy.

The Outcome

The staff who I have worked with Yvonne and Ryan have been a great help, with weekly meetings and updates, I cannot fault them.

We do a lot online and I believe a yearly face to face would be good, which I have already spoke with Ryan about and we have a date in the diary
