On The Go Traffic Management has successfully passed its second-year surveillance audit for ISO 9001:2015 and NHSS Sector Scheme 2, reaffirming its commitment to quality and safety in temporary traffic management. We caught up with Tom Burgess, Company Director, to reflect on the journey and the impact of partnering with Compliant.

Why did Join OTGTM initially decide to invest in ISO?

To help  us retain our NHSS12 accreditation that we need to deliver Traffic management across the country to the highest standard

Why did you originally opt for Compliant?

Initially, when we were after the ISO 9001 about 5 or 6 years ago, we were referred to Mark Henderson, he helped us through without a glitch. He went through everything in-depth and we really learnt from him.

Choosing Ongoing Support with Compliant

 Like I said Mark was absolutely brilliant , so in my mind it was a no brainer , we opted in for the monthly subscription as that would make it easier throughout the year rather than rushing to get everything inline weeks before, over the years Mark has employed some really helpful staff too which makes life so much easier 

The Process

The process is flawless , we have had 4 audits now and each one has gotten better and better, our last audit we scored 100% with no findings at all , least to say we were over the moon with that and couldn’t have done it without Compliant’s  help. 
 How did you find working with Compliant? Very easy to get on with the people we deal with and over the years we have built up a good rapport with the staff which makes it a pleasurable process rather than a strenuous one

The Outcome

 Honestly I really don’t think there is much you can build upon , we scored 100% with no findings so id say its pretty perfect to me.

 I’m sure as we grow and the legislation changes, we may need others , when that time comes, we won’t use anyone else , we have been treated brilliantly, Mark has secured a customer for life.
