Another great success for Compliant as we supported Opex Personnel, through UKAS accredited ISO 9001 certification.

Opex Personnel is a recruitment agency, predominantly for the distribution and logistics sector. The business covers the South West with an office based in Swindon.

They are experts in the provision of temporary & permanent staffing solutions in a multi-sector market and delighted to have recently achieved the internationally recognised standard for quality; ISO 9001.

This week we interviewed Opex Personnel’s Regional Manager, Ashlea Thompson to get her feedback on the business becoming certified.

Ashlea explained “the business is only 6 years old and for us it was all about getting processes and policies in place. We wanted ISO 9001 to support tender submissions and to be able to demonstrate that we are offering the highest level of customer satisfaction.

ISO sets the standard of quality. We are a very customer focused and committed to delivering the best service. The certification also demonstrates our commitment to our staff as well.”
