We are delighted to share that Tribe Recruitment has successfully achieved UKAS accredited ISO 9001 with Compliant.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for quality, delivered by the British Assessment Bureau.

The Darlington based recruitment agency, specialises in recruitment for healthcare, electrical wholesale, construction engineering, transport, logistics and warehousing.

The business is part of the Newlands Group and has been operating since 2009.

We interviewed Operations Manager, Helen Bartle about the company’s recent achievement.

Helen explained “We felt it was the right time for our business and our people to undertake the challenge. We were confident of the processes we had in place and wanted to test those out.

As a business we were conscious that ISO 9001 was a highly recognised certification that would help us with tenders in the public and private sector.

I had looked for local businesses to support with ISO and liked that Compliant was local and a member of the North East Chamber of Commerce. We had a few meetings and based on initial discussions with Mark and competing businesses decided to go with Compliant.
