Tribe Recruitment achieves continued certification to ISO 9001 with Compliant.

Why Tribe Recruitment decided to invest in ISO 9001

Specialist recruiters, Tribe Recruitment work in various sectors throughout the UK.

To provide an all-inclusive service to their clients with quality at the heart of everything they do, the Darlington based business decided to invest in a UKAS accredited ISO 9001 certification in 2021.

We interviewed Operations Manager, Helen Bartle to hear her thoughts on the process and continued certification.

Helen explained “Last year was right time for our business to invest in a quality standard. We carried out a lot of research and quickly realised that we wanted a globally recognised standard that was UKAS certified. After meeting with several consultants we decided that Mark and Compliant were a great fit for our business.”

The Process

Building upon last year’s success where there were no findings in the audits, Compliant’s Internal Audit Manager, Danielle liaised with Helen to collate documentation ready for surveillance day.

The documents provided by Tribe Recruitment were built into a bespoke management system that met all of the criteria set out in the ISO 9001 standard.

Ahead of the surveillance audit day, the bespoke system was shared with the certification body’s auditor to enable him to review and assess.

Helen explained “We are so proud to have ISO 9001 in place and to have retained such a prestigious standard. Having Compliant on hand throughout the surveillance was a great help and we were pleased to have achieved 0 findings for the second year in a row.”

The Outcome
