WCT Smart Utility Services achieves ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

Compliant partnered with WCT Smart Utility Services earlier this year to support with the delivery of their UKAS accredited ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.

WCT Smart Utility Services offer all things smart metering, from domestic metering to 3 phase smart metering. Their engineers are trained in SMETS 1, SMETS 2, including both Credit and Pre-Pay meters.  Other services include new connections, repair work, commissioning jobs and removals.

The Rotherham based business wanted to gain these prestigious accreditations to put themselves in contention when it comes to tendering and give them professional recognition for their bespoke services.

Having ISO 9001 assures clients that WCT will deliver a high-quality service and ISO 14001 demonstrates the business’ commitment to protecting the environment.

WCT has expressed their interest in being a subcontractor for EV and having these certifications will certainly help them on their way.

We met with one of WCT’s partners, Brendon Taylor to find out what he had to say about the company’s recent success.
