Yes, amazingly, cost is a question we are frequently asked! We prefer a longer-term relationship with our clients, often continuing to work with them after their successful initial certification.
With that in mind, we prefer to offer competitive pricing with the hope that you will become a long-term part of Compliant Ltd.
We can transfer your certification for free, add additional standards to your current management system, and support both UKAS- and non-UKAS-certified systems.

What does it Cost?

It is a myth that becoming certified to ISO standards is expensive.  We can supply the ISO management system, support you on audit days, and include the certification to UKAS standard from *£299.00 plus VAT per month over 12 months.

 

*The above is based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard, on a low-risk business SME with one office and under 10 staff.  We are happy to discuss costs in full detail.

 

Alternatively, if you do not want to be UKAS certified, we can provide an ISO management system, audit support, and an external audit carried out with a certificate from only *£150.00 per month plus VAT.

Will our ISO standard be UKAS accredited?

Yes. Unless you have specifically requested a non-UKAS standard, all of our management systems are UKAS accredited. Put simply, this is the ‘gold standard’ of accreditation and demonstrates to your clients that you have been audited by an external body.

Can I add another ISO standard to our system in the future?

Yes. Many clients initially opt for one or two standards and then decide to add to their portfolio. We can integrate your management systems and work with your chosen certification body to gain UKAS accreditation.

 

How much of my time will it take?

From the start of the project to your Stage 2 audit, we approximate 4-5 hours of your time. This includes initial meetings, uploading of documents to our Sharepoint system and your presence at various points during the Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits. Ultimately, we know you’ve got a business to run so we take on the work load so you don’t have to.

Is everything included in your price?

Yes, there are no hidden fees, travel costs, or additional charges for our presence at your surveillance audits. Everything is included in the cost: meetings, creating your tailored management system, working with your team and the external certification body, and, of course, being present at your audits.

Can we choose a different certification company?

Yes, of course. We have great working relationships with many UKAS-accredited certification companies across the UK. As the largest provider to the Amtivo Group, British Assessment Bureau, we offer you costs from them because we receive discounted rates; however, you’re free to choose any certification company you prefer.

How long will the project take?

As a general rule, we advise approximately three months from the start of the project, however, this also rely’s on the availability of the external auditors. If a client needs certification quickly, for example they need to be included on a framework or tender, we have experience of getting clients through certification in as little as two weeks. We’re very flexible with our approach so we can work towards your timelines.
